I said that I played the piano in the Tusk Bar at The Palace at Sun City. Lawyers twisted this, to lower me to the ranks of a skollie-busker, by saying that I play the piano IN BARS, giving the impression that I amuse drunks! This equates me, and my piano-playing, with a cheap minstrel!
When I said that my students achieved highest marks in South Africa in C.I.S. Economics exams, they said I was boasting, and being Narcissistic!
In a similar way, they are laughing at my broken mouth, caused by Dr. Rumbak’s negligence, and fingering my sanity. With all the power I have left, I will defend my TRUTH to the DEATH…
A boy asks, in “The People”, by Bernard Melamed: ”Dad, does Right and Truth win in court?” The father replies: “No, my son, the strong man wins!” By this, he means that Right and Truth does not count in court. The men with the most money, win! This is called the right of eminent domain, where the men with the gold, make all the rules!
I spell out an evil plot by a gang of professionals, who silence TRUTH, and ignore NUMEROUS DOCTORS’ & DISTRICT SURGEON’S REPORTS, INDICATING PERMANENT NERVE & MUSCLE DAMAGE & CARTILAGE DISRUPTION, AFTER DR. RUMBAK BOTCHED MOUTH SURGERY.
Cape Town mayor, Helen Zille, promised to crack private-sector corruption. This was a ruse to get votes. Her bodyguard greeted me, but she ignores the grievances I left for her attention.
Relevant parliamentarians, including President Mbeki, know of my medico-legal corruption grievances. They, too, have done nothing.
The human rights commission is not interested in investigating South African medico-legal corruption!
The Public are sitting ducks, because doctors continue to enjoy carte blanche to bury all their guinea pigs. Their insurers - in London - appoint an army of lawyers, who instruct doctors never to admit guilt, even when there is blatant negligence.

I prove to YOU, that lawyers are paid to make a mockery of, and to trash this Classroom Truth!
My name is RAYMOND CHAIT. I am a 55-year old lecturer, butchered by DR. J.M. RUMBAK, who has a negligence history, relevant in the Public Interest.
When Dr. Rumbak heard that I have never had any operations, he mentioned that he suffers from high blood pressure. He wanted to book me into hospital and give me a general anaesthetic, to remove my splintered tooth roots. I find this very inscrutable!
ROHAN ISAACS, Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer, humiliated me, and he fingered my sanity ie. character-assassination, which is crimen injuria: he threatened me with court orders to compel, thus forcing me to subject myself to psychiatric evaluation by Dr. D. Shevel, who was paid and briefed by Isaacs, to concoct a report stating that the physical damaged caused by Dr. Rumbak, is a mental condition. An advocate, liaising with a social worker, tried to blackmail me into an evaluation at a mental institution!
Dr. G. Winkler tried to silence me with psychotic drugs, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden death!
Isaacs intimidated my chief witness - the course co-ordinator at the college where I lectured - who then refused to testify. As a lawyer, Isaacs should know that witness-intimidation is a serious & criminal offence.
Isaacs agreed afterwards: “God forbid” he ever experience what has happened to me!
PETER SOLLER, my lawyer, played into ISAACS’ hands; he sent me DEATH THREATS [signed Peter Soller et al (and others)]. He was struck off the attorneys’ roll by 2 Judges, who state that Soller is a danger to his clients!
A judge must be independent and strong-willed enough to be his own man, upholding integrity in the Justice System; courts must uphold the law, and safeguard the rights of all citizens!
JUDGE CLAASSEN shouted at me, sanctioned a “leading question”, refused to permit me to demonstrate to the High Court that because of DR. RUMBAK, I chew like a donkey: my jaws are dislocated due to cartilage disruption, & they crack in pain; my neck muscles are in spasm; Judge Claassen would not allow me to refer to details of DR. RUMBAK’S 3 (THREE) OTHER VICTIMS!
In one instance - motivated by Advocate Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, in an out-of-court settlement!
The law society’s Mr. du Plessis protected Soller at 5 bogus investigations, and threatened to “have me removed”, when I insisted that I be allowed to state my case!
This weak law society condones defaulting lawyers, and stands accused of allowing “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims”! (Investigation by The Star 10 July 2001).
Apartheid fossils at the health professions council are paid to protect negligent doctors. Their credo　－ “guiding the professions and protecting the public” is an absolute misnomer! Their elderly chairman, Dr. Dreyer, tried to comfort me with the pretext that he also suffers pain!
The department of health has no control over doctors (like Dr. Rumbak) in private practice!
Medical Protection Society & Medical Defense Union - doctors’ insurers in London - mobilise all the money necessary to financially drain, unnerve, and fight brazen victims to finality.
DR. RUMBAK is still practising. The South African Public is vulnerable to become Dr. Rumbak’s next statistic, and become another silenced & victimised victim.
In The Name of Truth, I plead for Justice, and I alert The-World’s-Powers-That-Be, in a global call to blow the whistle on gross Human Rights Abuse in South Africa, to end my 13 (thirteen) years of Torture, after an UNFAIR TRIAL, presided over by a judge with a biasing & apartheid attitude, and no mercy for medical negligence victims.
The partners jointly & severally liable for this fiasco, are Dr. Rumbak’s insurers in London, together with Rohan Isaacs’ employer, Deneys Reitz attorneys, the principals which condone the subversive and reprehensible conduct of its agent, lawyer ROHAN ISAACS.

1. Dr. S. Levy…. Trigeminal Nerve appears to be involved
2. DISTRICT SURGEON’S 2 REPORTS: Dr. N.L. Scherman… (translation from Afrikaans) Jaw-joint damage, struggle to chew, neck muscles in spasm, myofacial pain and spasm; no treatment will help.
3. Dr. M. Denny… fluoroscopy report: cartilage disruption
4. Dr. E. Shevel… E.M.G. (electromyograph) “low muscle activity” (Doctor withheld report)
5. Ms. Liz Hindle… “face swollen grotesquely after oral surgery, and a ruined lecturing career”.
6. Dr. G. Winkler… not able to lecture under current circumstances. Medication Haloperidol for concerns about muscle pains in the jaw
7. Dr. J. Rumbak… presented with severe spasm of the facial and masticatory muscles, with extreme pain. (These were the effects after his surgery to remove splintered tooth-roots).
